教學演示 Microteaching
| 繳交15分鐘課堂錄影，由本中心邀請專家審核 | Applicants to submit a 15-minute teaching demonstration video to be reviewed by an expert: |
|
1.線上申請： 教師填寫線上申請表單申請進行教學演示，同步繳交教案與15分鐘教學影片。 教學影片可為自行錄製之模擬課堂或實體EMI課程，影片需包含教師與(模擬)學生之課堂互動。 |
1.Online Application and Submission: Applicants must complete the online application form and provide a 15-minute teaching video and the lesson plan for the recorded class. The video can be either from an EMI course or a classroom demonstration, and teacher-student interaction must be included. |

2.專家審查與回饋： 本中心收到教師申請與繳交之錄影後，將邀請專家審核影片並提供書面回饋。 |
2.Review and Feedback: Upon receiving the application, the Center will invite experts to review both the lesson plan and the recording, and provide written feedback to the applicant. |
|
3.申請教師反思： 教師收到書面回饋後，填寫「教學演示與教學觀課反思單」回傳予本中心。 |
3.Feedback Response: The written feedback will be provided to the applicant together with a feedback/reflection form. The applicant should then fill out the form and submit it to the Center. |

4.紀錄登載： 完成上述流程後本中心將登錄教師「教學演示」記錄至本中心平臺。 |
4.Documentation and Certification: Upon finishing the aforementioned processes, the applicant's record will be uploaded to the Center’s platform as proof of fulfilling the “Microteaching” component of the EMI PD Program. |
接受觀課 To be Observed
| 由回饋導師進入教師課堂觀課 (50分鐘/1節課/實體) 並提供回饋 | A Mentor/EMI expert will observe a 50-minute EMI class conducted by the applicant and provide feedback. |

1.線上申請： 教師填寫線上申請表單申請接受觀課，選擇接受觀課時間、提供教案， 並於本中心之「顧問教師團」或「EMI 專家」名單選擇諮詢導師。 |
1.Online Application: Applicants must complete the online application form, provide the time they wish to be observed, the lesson plan for the class, and select the Mentor/EMI expert they wish to be observed by. |
|
2.觀課準備： 本中心收到教師申請後將協調諮詢導師，確認後將通知申請教師， 並提供「教學回饋暨諮詢服務觀課表」予教師參考。 |
2.Pre-Observation Preparation: Upon receiving the application, the Center will arrange the observation, notify the applicant once ready, and provide a classroom observation form for the applicant to refer to. |
|
3.觀課回饋與反思： 諮詢導師完成觀課後，將提供口頭與書面回饋， 學員收到回饋後填寫「教學演示與教學觀課反思單」回傳予本中心。 |

執行觀課 To Observe
| 至同儕教師課堂觀課 (50分鐘/1節課/實體) 並提供回饋 | Applicants to observe a 50-minute EMI class conducted by a peer, and provide feedback after the observation. |

1.線上申請： 教師修習至少4小時「同儕指導與觀課相關」增能/共學課程，並完成 「接受觀課」後，填寫線上申請表單申請執行觀課告知當學期能執行觀課時間。 |
1.Online Application: Applicants must have completed at least 4 hours of Observation related PD workshops and be observed at least once, before eligible to complete the online application form and provide the time they can provide observation services. |

2.觀課準備： 本中心收到教師申請後將協調觀課時間，確認後將通知申請教師， 並提供觀課表供教師觀課時填寫。 |
2.Pre-Observation Preparation: Upon receiving the application, the Center will arrange the observation, notify the applicant once ready, and provide a classroom observation form for the applicant to fill out during the observation. |

3.觀課回饋： 完成觀課後，需向同儕提供口頭與書面回饋， 本中心將請專家審核書面回饋以確保觀課品質。 |
3.Feedback Response: After the observation, the applicant must provide both verbal and written feedback to the observed peer. |
|
4.紀錄登載： 完成上述流程後本中心將登錄教師「執行觀課」記錄至本中心平臺。 |
4.Documentation and Certification: Upon finishing the aforementioned processes, the applicant's record will be uploaded to the Center’s platform as proof of fulfilling the “To Observe” component of the EMI PD Program. |
教學諮詢 Consultation
| 與諮詢導師交流EMI教學過程中所遭遇的問題和困難 | Applicants will consult with a Mentor/EMI expert on their encounters/issues in EMI. |
|
1.線上申請： 填寫線上申請表單申請教學諮詢，並於本中心之「顧問教師團」或「EMI 專家」 名單選擇諮詢導師，本中心將協調諮詢時間。 |
1.Online Application: Applicants must complete the online application form, state their concerns, and select the Mentor/EMI expert they wish to consult. |
|
2.進行諮詢： 本中心收到教師申請後將協調教學諮詢時間。教學諮詢時長以1小時為原則，可採 單人或多人諮詢，及線上或實體諮詢進行。 |
2.Pre-Consultation Preparation: Upon receiving the application, the Center will arrange the consultation. |
|
3.諮詢反思： 教學諮詢完成後請申請教師填寫「教學演示與教學觀課反思單」回傳予本中心。 |
3.Feedback Response: After the consultation, the applicant should fill out a feedback/reflection form and submit it to the Center. |
