We envision the EMI professional development program as an “Energy Station” for EMI faculty. Beyond pedagogical strategies and language skills, it provides an environment where teachers can continue to learn, practice, and grow:
- Capacity Enhancement: Professional Development Workshops offer instruction in EMI pedagogical strategies and practical language skills.
- Peer Learning: Faculty Communities provide opportunities to exchange experiences, share ideas, and reflect on their teaching.
- Practical & Feedback: Microteaching, Classroom Observation, and feedback refine teaching practices.
By bringing together local and international faculty, we create an environment that fosters intercultural communication, collaboration, and teaching practice.
